Make Xiaomi’s MiMo line a watchlist item, not an adoption decision

The decision: track it, but do not adopt it yet

A small decision register prevents scouting from stalling
Use one register per model candidate. Record the source, owner, review point, and follow-up decision for a MiMo candidate. At a minimum, enter at the review point: which documentation is available, which benchmark fits the organisation’s own task, which integration needs to be tested, and which operational costs need to be measured. The designated owner should then choose between monitoring, a scoped trial, or stopping.
